Gregarious Systems provides a managed Operations Agent for service businesses. The Operations Agent may support approved customer communication, older-lead follow-up, new-inquiry response, ongoing follow-up, job and pipeline coordination, document preparation, email coordination, reputation and referral workflows, and website or local-presence operations. Available capabilities and authority depend on the customer’s written agreement, connected systems, approval rules, and implementation status.
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms for paid Services will be outlined in a separate written agreement.
You may use our Site for lawful purposes including learning about Services, requesting a demo, using our value calculator, and submitting contact information.
You may not violate law; transmit unsolicited communications or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or reproduce Site content without permission; impersonate others; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Demonstrations and revenue estimation tools are for informational and evaluation purposes only. Demo content is illustrative. Calculator outputs use the values and adjustable assumptions shown in the calculator and are not guarantees of recoverability, customer response, closed work, revenue, or return on investment.

Paid Services beyond initial inquiry, demo, and consultation are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not create an obligation to provide Services unless a separate agreement is signed.
All Site content — including text, design, graphics, logos, code, and the value calculator — is the property of Gregarious Media LLC d/b/a Gregarious Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
THE SITE, DEMO TOOLS, VALUE CALCULATOR, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RESULTS AND REVENUE ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREGARIOUS SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS OR $100.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Gregarious Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use, violation of these Terms or law, or false information you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and remaining provisions continue in effect.
